Looking into the timeline: your order was placed on Friday, after the courier's daily collection had already taken place, which meant it was only collected the following Monday. Based on standard transit times, it should then have reached you by Tuesday. We're not able to control the courier's delivery timelines directly, but this delay is longer than it should have been on their end, and we'll be following up with them to find out what went wrong.
For bulk orders, kindly email us at hello@solvents.co.za. Please note that our online store is integrated solely with a single courier provider, whose rates for bulk shipments can be costly. We are able to offer more affordable rates through our offline courier partners for larger orders.
