Firstly, could you please clarify how you believe the quality has been compromised, and what specifically you are referring to regarding the product being “denatured”? Glycerine (glycerol) is not a denatured product, and we would appreciate understanding the basis of this concern so that we can properly investigate and respond.
With regard to the expiry date, our minimum sellable shelf life is six months. However, if you would prefer stock from a newer batch with an extended shelf life, we would be more than happy to arrange an exchange for you.
In terms of product characteristics, glycerine naturally has a thick, viscous consistency, with a density of approximately 1.26 g/cm³. This is a standard physical property of glycerine and not an indication of compromised quality. Its solubility can also depend on the application and the formulation method used.
To better assist you, could you please advise what application you are using the glycerine for? This will allow us to provide more specific recommendations and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
